The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were helpful. I enjoyed the spacious room with a sofa bed. The location was convenient for my family's short trip.
Pulling into the valet was challenging with traffic speeding by. I also noticed a serious safety issue with exposed metal in the electrical socket in one room.

Friendly and accommodating staff made the check-in process a breeze. The breakfast surpassed expectations, offering a variety of fresh farm-to-table products, while the spacious room featured a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. However, parking options were limited due to size restrictions, and there was a noticeable delay at peak breakfast times. Overall, a memorable stay with just a couple of minor hiccups.

Sipped on some good java, and you can't beat the close-knit vibe of the nearby eateries—Gus's Fried Chicken totally hits the spot! Mulate's New Orleans bar has got that party atmosphere too, where the flavors dance just as much as the people.
Bathroom situation was a bit sketchy with no vent, and the staff could be more on the ball—waiting for those extra towels took longer than jazz at a slow jam.

We found the room spacious enough for our family of five, which made our stay comfortable. The renovated bathroom was a highlight, as it was clean and well-maintained.
However, the breakfast options could benefit from more variety.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better, right near the convention center and within walking distance to local attractions. The staff greeted me warmly. they were helpful and made me feel welcome from check-in. My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a convenient sofa bed that came in handy. Enjoyed the breakfast. there was a good variety, and the eggs tasted fresh. However, the air conditioning struggled to cool down the room adequately. I set it to the lowest temperature, but it never got below 68. A couple of times, the elevators seemed outdated, and I worried about their performance. The noise from the dining area during breakfast was another issue I faced. It got pretty loud, making it hard to enjoy the meal. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement in comfort and amenities.

Staying here was a pleasant surprise, especially with the cozy bed and the quiet room that helped me sleep like a baby after a long day at my conference. I really enjoyed unwinding in the comfy lounge area and sipping on my favorite coffee during breakfast, which offered a decent variety. One tiny downside was the breakfast coffee. it could use some improvement, but overall it didn't spoil my trip at all! ☕
